Clemens Manthey

Clemens Manthey joined the team over 25 years ago after various positions as a chef at home and abroad and, as head chef, took responsibility for the daily culinary delights of our guests. Even after 25 years, he never runs out of ideas for tasty creations. He loves the Sauerland landscape and nature and is a passionate hunter. He therefore often spends his free hours “on the prowl”.
