Kunsthaus Alte Mühle
The Kunsthaus shows exhibitions by national and international artists as well as young artists with national significance. Every year, three to four exhibitions and projects take place in the rooms in which artists address current trends in contemporary art with cross-media works, individually or in thematic contexts.
Different disciplines are represented in the exhibitions at the Kunsthaus: painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, new media, textiles, spatial installation and performance.
The Kunsthaus is also sustainably involved in the area of cultural education in children and youth work. The youth art school affiliated with the association, which was founded in 2010, is an expression of the promotion of young talent.
The varied art program, readings by renowned writers and art workshops with well-known lecturers make the Kunsthaus a cultural center.
